Born out of a friendship spanning over a decade, 

comes from the mind’s of best friends Gurina and Minji. 

Their lives, having not been limited to a simple friendship

 have intertwined throughout their extensive history

within the creative industry.

 A desire for a brand with their lifestyles in mind, 

GUMI utilizes a combination of technical materials and

feminine essence resulting in pieces that are versatile,

 convertible and uncomplicated meant to be effortlessly styled.

Gurina is the founder of Bad Form Studios,

 an LA based full package production studio

overseeing all stages from development to production

where collaboration with clients flows freely

 throughout fashion, fabrication, photo and design fields.

Minji has worked extensively in the fashion industry, 

taking up positions both in front and behind the camera

with her expertise in modeling, production, art directing and styling.
